30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at 406-207-6870. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Our return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank or credit card company.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide further instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 406-207-6870 with details of the product and the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
